Leonard Jacob Corporation

The annual Leonard Jacob Corporation shareholders meeting is generally held in July of each year. The proxy is mailed to shareholders of record in June, with the hope that all completed proxy's are returned by the annual meeting date, or that the shareholder will cast their proxy vote in person at the meeting.
